2015 Project – 3D

Making sketches on a computer screen come to life, 3D printer, scanner and product material advances efforts in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (“STEM”). The printer for the RPS district prepared for the Next Generation Science Standards
(“NGSS”). STEM initiatives require students to see and do more, and a 3D printer
offers the ability to assess a problem, brainstorm and create a 3-dimensional
solution. This hands-on learning will provide endless opportunities in all subject
areas.
